Christmas Greetings from The Harris Family
It is always a joy to celebrate the birth of our Lord Jesus Christ with our family of faith here at Union Grove Baptist Church. Kim, Claire and I will be praying that you will have joyous Christmas and a blessed new year.

Once again I would like to thank everyone who made it possible for the North Davidson Community Christmas Celebration to go from a vision to a reality. Without the help of so many talented servants of the Lord and the generosity of this Church family it would not have been possible. I could never adequately express with words how much you are appreciated just for who you are. It is because of who you are that you do what you do for God. Without a doubt God was glorified and Jesus Christ was exalted through the presentation of “The Homecoming.”
Christmas Candlelight Service
Tonight we will be having our annual Christmas Candlelight Service. We will be singing Christmas carols, enjoying special music, hearing a brief message from God’s Word and observing communion. This is always a special service that I look forward to every year. I trust you will be a part of it and that you will come spiritually prepared for communion.
Christmas Eve
We are not having a service the Wednesday night in order to accommodate the many families in our church who gather with their families on Christmas Eve. Whatever your plans may be for Christmas Eve and Christmas I trust that you will focus on the Christ of Christmas and will lift him up before your unsaved family and friends. How thrilling it would be to hear testimonies of how loved ones were saved because of your personal witness. Do not allow the devil or the flesh to rob you of opportunities. There is no better time than Christmas to witness about God’s love and saving, life-changing power.
Gatlinburg Vacation Opportunity
If you are interested in sharing a vacation house with several other Union Grove families in Gatlinburg, please see Angie Tullock today for information. The cost is $50.00 per person. We will be meeting in Gatlinburg next Sunday afternoon and returning home Wednesday.
